And uh in childhood care, we need good managers andover years we will see good managers.Corporations are having advancing the policy to give the umyou know, maternity leave and uh such as the uh childhood careuh, uh benefits by uh giving the uh subsidies. I think uh I wantto mention that uh we’d like to have more, uh I mean you know,increase in the number of-number of childcare facilities, but it’srun mostly publicly. We need to bring in a private experience andthe knowledge and the managers, and most managers sh-cou- uh,can be a-a female. So we have to develop a new system in societyto support women to work.
